I’ve rented from here a dozen or so times now and they’re always awesome. Everyone is super friendly, the vehicles are always clean, reservations are always honoured, and I don’t get the sense that they’re looking for reason to charge you extra unlike some other places. You hear some horror stories about car rentals sometimes and I just don’t see any of that happening here. Special shout-out to Brittany and Sky for being great to deal with!

When calling for availability receptionist was great said had truck available and quoted me price I said gimme a bit to confirm that my previous plans weren't canceled and that i would call back she said she would hold truck for few hours. So I went on to confirm my weekend plans and made arrangements and reservations since I found a truck but when I called back to book the truck it got rented out...ya shouldn't say you can hold it if you really can't I understand it's 1st come 1st serve but I wouldn't have made my reservations if I knew I wasn't gonna get a truck

We rented two trucks last minute call, Driving Force accommodated our request, not only that, but also our plane was late, to the point that their office was closed, nevertheless, they had the truck ready for us at the airport, not a single minute was wasted. I will definitely use them again next time.
