i just called Royer batteries regarding my Genze e102 bike with battery issues. i assume based on the reviews i also talked to tyron. I have done lost of research trying to find a vendor offers batteries for my bike at a reasonable price. Royer Batteries offers just that. I was excited he was able to mod the battery configuration that is compatible for my bike. He helped me learned my bike configuration to get better performance for my bike.The best part of his batteries I’m able to pull power from both simultaneously which the original batteries for the bike is not able to do. I find this setup is better because with the originals, you must move a switch to go between batteries.

I recently purchased an older DIY ebike on Craigslist, that had a battery issue. I also found Royer Battery on Craigslist, and brought the battery to Tyrone to assess. He gave me a fair estimate and solved the problem (as best as possible, as it's an old battery) within a few days. He replaced some of the non-functioning cells, and because the battery was older and less robust than he initially thought, he charged me 50% less than his already fair first estimate - and the battery now works far better than it did.Craigslist can be a bit of a crapshoot, but Royer Battery (Tyrone) is definitely straight up.
