Paul Slemin is an amazing chef. Delicious food and extremely easy to work with. The beef tenderloin was delicious and the asparagus was the beat I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Hired PS custom cuisine to prepare a surprise dinner for my husband. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The meal was delicious and cooked to perfection. Can’t say enough good things. Definitely Recommend.

I would highly recommend Custom Cuisine and Chef Paul. He was very easy, accommodating and flexible to work with and planning a menu. He had unbelievable menu suggestions and options, especially when it came to food sensitivities and restrictions. From the moment he showed up for the event to the movement he left he was the up most professional.

Paul was the chef at a recent 9-person executive retreat. He planned the menu with us, accommodated all of our food restrictions, showed up right on time and prepared a delicious 4-course dinner, including dessert. Afterwards he cleaned up and left the place as clean as when he arrived. Highly recommended!

We hired Paul for a 4-course custom meal for a micro-wedding reception. He was courteous and professional throughout, as well as providing delicious courses with generous portion sizes. When he was done cooking, he cleaned up using all his own supplies. I would not hesitate to hire Paul again for any future events. Thanks !

Thank you so much Paul and Team! You guys killed it at our outdoor wedding for over 100 guests. Paul and his wife are so attentive and accommodating. The food was so delicious and set-up and take down was perfectly executed. They went above and beyond and even helped with our cleanup on the night and the next morning. The most yummy food and best company to work with. Way to go!
