The Brow Room
I have been a client of Katie for a few months now. She is very professional and from my first visit made me feel at ease. I am not much of a talker when I'm being pampered, but with her it is like chatting with a friend. She is meticulous with her work and checks in with her clients throughout the appointment. There is a large screen TV in the private room and comedies playing or whatever you'd prefer to watch.Everyone needs a Katie! On Wednesdays there is a discount on her zbox if you're reading this and want to try her services even though her regular prices are lower then others.If you are going for anything facial there is a huge bay window to people watch and the chairs are comfy but you'll have to book that with one of the other wonderful staff members. They offer a variety of beauty services and you won't be disappointed.

This place is great! You get a nice street view while getting your brow treatments done and the ladies that work there are all great ☺️ I had my brows shaped and tinted by Katie and I’m sooo happy with how they look!

The most incredible staff and experience every single time. I have been a customer of The Brow Room for over 5 years and have never been disappointed by my services. Kylie and her girls are always a pleasure to see, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows (nanoblading and waxing), lashes, or body waxing ever. Truly an amazing place with a staff who’s hearts are made of gold.

I highly recommend The Brow Room! I have very sensitive skin and usually my brows get inflamed and blister after a wax. Since I started seeing the team here, my brows have had minimal inflammation after any treatment! They are very clean and so welcoming. They really know what they're doing. I will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to The Brow Room to get my lashes and brows done by Jena for 3 years now. I always have a great experience there and she does an amazing job at taking my patchy brows and making them look full with the henna. I decided recently to get the nano brow by Kylie and she thoroughly explained the process well and I am currently healing from my first session and they look amazing. I will continue to go to Jena for my lash lift and tints and brow waxing and would recommend these ladies to anyone!

I get my brows and lashes done here and have been happy with both Kylie and Jena! I have very sensitive skin when it comes to waxing and I have never had irritation, or itching or severe redness when I get my brows done here like I have at other places. If you aren't happy with your service, speak up! They care about their work and will make it right. Highly recommended!

FAV brow and eyelashes place in Hamilton, not even “one of”. ALL the girls are super wonderful and professional, so you are safe to see anyone. I have been seeing Jena for months (probably even more than a year) and can’t lie she is my favourite. They never push you for extra services, and always make sure you get what your heart desire. So what you waiting for?

The first time I went, i wasnt 100% satisfied (my own fault, i didnt speak up) but when I emailed them to make another appointment, they were so accommodating and so very nice. They made my next visit complementary!! Wow. Just wow!!! I absolutely LOVEEE my brows & will keep going back to see Jena. Thank you, The brow room. You guys absolutely rock!
