Bear Creek Laundromat

Been here a couple times and no one is here so it makes laundry fast to do. They need to change their closing time from 10 to 830 on here because it's very misleading and gets frustrating. And yes their dryers always seem to be out of order and only a few working which is 10x more frustrating and it doesnt even dry all your clothing.

Very bad, not maintained well, if we ask for money back if the machine doesn't work, they will refuse. Using Dryer is a lucky draw.

Poor service by contractor but staff is really good

Very clean and little busy place to do laundry . One can get change in nearer shop famous for jalebi.but its better to be with your own quarters (25cents) usually time 1 machine charges 13 cents of 25 and dryer 25 cents for 3 minutes

Worst laundry to ever go. Most of their machines don’t work. Even the dryers which look like they are working don’t finish the job. Waste of time and money. DON’T EVER GO!!!

My gf and I had an overly excessive amount of laundry to do and even tho we were told their laundromat closed at 930 PM we didnt even finish until 1045 PM they had no problem with us finishing up as they did all their late night duties for closing down the market and kitchen where they have THE BEST SAMOSAS! The batter is different and exceptionally good and thin and just delicious! Very friendly staff its easy to see why they've been in business so many years! Been going there for years and will continue for many more to come!

The dryers I used were not in proper working order and the place seemed not really taken care of.The staff at the convienence store were not very friendly and being a caucasian person I was stared at and given the cold shoulder. I said hello to roughly 2 dozen people and not one acknowledged the salutation extended nor extended any back. Just staring and individuals standing in the isles refusing to move to allow passage.This is not how Bear Creek or Surrey used to be but its how it has become..25 cents for 3 minutes. It cost me $5.00 to dry 2 small loads on high heat. The bands of my sweatpants and the thicker area of my hoodie was still damp.I will not be going back.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Dirty as hell. Half of the machines are broken. Some of the broken dryers are labelled. But some are not. So unless you wanna waste your money and time, you dont wanna go there. Probably the worst laundromat in the area.Only plus point is it's open until 9ish pm
