Ordered my parts online. Received an email indicating that my order was received and when the parts would be ready for pickup. Received an email on the date they said that my parts would be ready. Picked them up and installed everything that night. All good. A nice smooth process from start to finish.

I was hesitant to order online from here after reading some of the reviews about poor service with online orders. I'm in New Brunswick and this was the only place in Canada that had what I was looking for so online order was my option. I paid with PayPal just to be safe if I had to dispute anything.My order was slightly delayed and there wasn't any communication about the delay until I called and inquired even though there was an email sent out with a time frame that I would get another email with a tracking number once shipped.When I called the person I spoke to was pleasant and got me the info I was looking for and explained the cause of the delay. And here I am a couple days later and my order has arrived.I only dock one star from the review because I had emailed and inquired about the delay but didn't get a response so I had to call the next day. The first email I had received after ordering said the item would be shipped in 2-3 days and I inquired a week later about why nothing was shipped as of yet.Overall my item arrived and it's exactly what I was looking for to replace the basic controller that came with my house. Happy with my purchase, communication could use a little improvement. I'd feel safe ordering from here again though.
