Service - Landscaping, River Rock and flagstone installation.Right from the quoting process, I was thrilled to work with Dan and his team. Pleasant, kind, on time, responsive and extremely focused on ensuring everything met my expectations. They worked around an in progress deck, adjusted items based on my review (and did this happily), and did an excellent job bringing our vision to life. Every member of the team that we met was pleasant and easy to work with. We even had an adjustment needed well after the job was completed, and Clinton came well at the end of the day before a long weekend to ensure it was fixed and to make sure everything looked the way we wanted. We have the front to do next year and we are excited to work with the Goodboy team!

After 30 years, my lawn was dead. Dan's team saved the day! The work was completed in a timely manner. The price was good. The work ethic commendable and the site was left clean upon completion. The workers were courteous and hard working. Followup work was also excellent. It is rare to be able to have full confidence in suggesting these are the best landscapers in town and I have had some bad experiences with others. I could not more highly recommend Dan and his team for any landscaping project that needs to be done. I have again hired them for river rock enhancement for the lawn. Outstanding! The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life, hands down!Better stay away from these guys for any project that might require follow-ups (as any projects might, and most usually do)He's almost guaranteed not to show up...esp. if you already paid.They were supposed to re-sod portions of my yard; I wanted to include more areas after the initial quote and gave him more than enough notice in advance before the start date. He claimed he will just take the measurements on the day-of, but then “ran out of sod” at the end of the day. Not to mention he blamed me for “wrong measurements”.Either way he promised to come back in “a couple of weeks”. When I inquired after a couple of weeks, he said he will show on a certain date when they have another sod job nearby. I email and call that day to confirm, and he keeps ignoring, until he finally replies saying “stop emailing me every day, I come when I come”. It’s now a month later and still no signs of him…Just do yourself a favor and don’t let the lower prices fool you…you always get what you pay for, and in terms of customer service, this is as bad as it gets.PS. (responding to your reply) Do not try to misinform future customers. I told you about the additional work weeks before the start. You refused to come measure the additional sections till day-of the work, so don't make it sound like the customer was unreasonable by requesting more work last minute.Also, you never respond to any emails and didn't show up the days you said you will (when you claimed you had another sod job nearby) so once again, it looks like blaming the customer is your go-to response.

Dan and his team were very professional, even with the thunderstorms causing delays, he was very adament about keeping me up to date with his scheduling. His team worked very quickly and even went the extra mile in helping us outside the scope of our agreement to resod our lawn. The little things were really appreciated and would definitely recommend Goodboy Landscaping. As a bonus, his quote and final price were excellent.

We recently had our whole front yard done with interlock, new steps, garden beds etc. The work done is superb in design, quality and workmanship. I hired Goodboy to install sod for me last week. They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute and did an awesome job for a very competitive price. The sod was very good quality. I plan to hire them again and have no hesitation about recommending them. Great job!

Hands down the best experience we've had with a tradesman ever (we bought a minto home 3 years ago and have tons of experience with tradesmen) Not only were they accommodating, kind and had great communication skills, they were also clean and considerate to myself and kids!
