I decided to buy myself a high end guitar and spent many months researching the name brands like Martin, Taylor and Gibson. I also researched Takamine which with Brain Wice's help ( he has an encyclopeic knowledge of guitars and is a partner at Walters Music) I did finally buy a Takamine LTD 2020 and am so pleased i did. Brians input was invaluable. I strongly recommend Walters Music to anyone looking for an instrument. Thanks Brain!

Excellent customer service. Number of phone calls were answered with patience and understanding before we went in to buy a Yamaha piano. Greatly appreciate such experience we received at Walter's Music Centre.Highly recommend.

i bought a yamaha guitar few months ago, and was curious, does it not come with picks?it got me thinking because in your online website, it says when you buy it, it includes all the things listedbut when i bought the guitar in store it doesnt come with anything.Am i missing something or what?I bought the F325D

HORRIBLE SERVICE.. the man with the mustache who sits at the desk is very rude and thinks he is GOD. I think he is the owner, but not sure. He would not give his name. Treated me badly with no respect at all.. maybe because I am not his color.. sad this is happening in Mississauga.. Walters should kick him out if he not the owner.. will never go there again.. jack

Very unorganized. Had a problem with the front desk customer service ”Rose” since day one. Very unprofessional. She doesn't know how to talk to the customer.Staff don't communicate with each other. My daughter told the teacher that she is not coming for the summer class and the teacher said thank you for telling him and so that he can schedule another student. While the teacher scheduled somebody else on my daughter's schedule, they still charged me for the lesson my daughter didn't even attended.I already stop arguing and talking over the phone and that Rose from the front desk won't stop arguing. Very poor customer service.

Great Customer service. The man at the front desk was very accommodating of any questions and willing to try and help resolve any problems.Note that they are currently no longer authorized Taylor distributors (I believe L&M is the only authorized dist in Canada now)

The best guitar store I have been to in the GTA. I have been going to these guys since their days at Square One. Knowledgable and super helpful staff (Brian and Dan are gems)! They always provide good insights on instruments and provide the best deals on gear.

I purchased a digital piano from here. As I am not from Mississauga a lot of my correspondence was by email and phone. Brian was super helpful and responded to my questions quickly.I went up to pick up my piano and everything went super smooth.I would highly recommend this store and their staff.Thanks! I'm super pleased.
