This place use to be my go to spot until I move ..its bubble tea is awesome .. always fresh and to the point . Since the steeles road been under construction its always chaotic to come around his area.All in all with the uber promotion and it's bogo deal ..how can I resist. ..

New place. Just opened. Something like Chaitime. They do have matcha and some sort of walnut pastry which sets them apart.They do seem to have more variety of sugary drinks. Good luck to this new business

The service on the day I was here was just okay. The girl seemed impatient with me, and she didn’t get my order correct even when I repeated it after the first time.I wanted a Taro milk tea with pudding and cheese foam, but I only got a pearl milk tea with pudding. It may be my fault, maybe she didn’t hear me clearly and I should have double-checked the cash register screen before paying.It took a long time to get the drink, like 20 minutes, but there was only 2 people working so it isn’t a big deal. The tea itself was okay. The milk tea flavour was nice, even if it wasn’t what I wanted. Pudding texture is nice too. The only thing I don’t like is their boba. They put a wayyy too large portion of it (takes up half the drink…), and it is way too sweet, even when I request the drink to be least amount of sugar. The texture is also more gummy and sticky than a nice chewy one.I would still come to this location again, but maybe I need to speak more clear to make sure my order is correct next time. I also wouldn’t recommend the boba topping, but pudding topping is yummy.

I tried the brown sugar pearl milk tea. Great flavour and price. The day’s special has a great price. The lineup and waiting time is a bit slow, I would say it’s lack of coordination within the staff. I would recommend the cashier to offer the daily’s special to customers as it would help to increase sales. There is parking available at this location.

Ordered 3 x pearl cheese milk with ice cream. Already left the store when I realized there was no cheese milk foam in any of them. This is one of their most popular drinks so not sure how it was made wrong. The honey was also not mixed and there was just a glob. First time at this location and I will not go back.

Recommend grapefruit green tea with pearls. The tea flavour is strong and comes with a lot of fresh grapefruit and pulp.Seating area is comfortable but parking and entrance can be hard to get to.

It was my first time experience trying out Kung Fu tea and it happened to be at this location. The staff that served us is really friendly and awesome! Recommended me what drinks to get, I got myself the 38 Milk King, it is great. I can't remember the second drink I gotten aswell but it was so delicious. Would def have to really dive deep into the whole menu onw day at a time!

The downtown location is better. Ordered a 38 milk king and they use way too much creamer here. You can tell by the light colour of the drink when you get if. Can't really taste the tea flavour (I get 0 sugar so I can tell).The egg waffles are great though. A bit expensive for $4 but crispy on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside.The location itself is nice. We'll renovated and has plenty of seats to hang out.
