Save On Cartridge Plus
Today I went in to pick up my printer cartridges. I had to print off something immediately and have it faxed. They offered to do that for me despite being extremely busy. I really appreciate when businesses go the extra mile. They are a family run business and have always done a great job for me and my Mom. They have the best prices and are a local company. I would recommend them to anyone! It’s really nice to see such good customer service.

I came in the other day in a mad panic for ink needed for a resume. Owner helped me out amazingly! This is the shop to come to. Good,honest, genuine people. Shop local!!!! Feed your neighbour!!!!

I was told for a refill it would take 3-4 months!! A new ink would be 3-5 years because the 3rd world needs to get vaccination first... Just ordered a new one off Amazon, it will be in mail box in 3 days... Very poor service, I wont be sending anyone there.. Shame, I really wanted to support local

This guy is a fountain of printer information. lol. The few times I've called ~ not even as a client yet he's willing to go out of his way & take the time to explain the do's and don’ts, break down what offices are using to minimize expenses, which models to stay away from, etc.. Well done.

I have been using the Kelowna location for quite a few years now and have always received great service! Prices are very reasonable and my cartridges last a long time. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This is a old style small business. Ie. you come, he fixes, charges a fair price and you go. Really nice to see.
