Quick Lane Tire & Auto Centre

I was incredibly frustrated with my Quick Lane experience. I booked an appointment online for 10:30am and selected the option to wait around for my car to be done. When I arrived and sat down to wait they initially told me it would be about an hour. That's totally fine, and what I expected. 5 minutes later I was told the car won't be done until 4:30/5:00pm. It was then explained to me that they work on a first come first serve basis. What was the point of booking an appointment then? Had I known it was first come, first serve, I would have been there for opening. They explained that the appointments didn't really matter, this is how they operated. So I asked if I could take my car with me to complete my days errands and bring it back near 4pm if that's when they'd get to it and it was explained to me that if the car isn't there, it loses its spot. So I could try, but It probably wouldn't get done.I will not be going back. Had all this been explained on their appointment page, or if I just hadn't been able to book an appointment and instead there was a note that it was first come, first serve I would have been fine. But the idea that I planned my day around a 1030am appointment that would last an hour or two for them to keep my car all day was absolutely ridiculous. This is incredibly poor communication/time management. I do not recommend at all.

Friendly,courteous quality service men and women right from when you walk in the doors. If you get their early you can usually get out fairly quickly. The free coffee and/or tea is also greatly appreciated on those early mornings

Fast and efficient, but the FB. Listed price and what you pay was different. Was advertised at 35.00 dollars for an oil change plus shop supplies and tax, then all done the price is only deducted 35dollars therefore your end price is actually 49.00dollars. Hmmmmm, face book ad has changed hmmmmm somebody found that mistake...

Always go to them even after moving . Excellent and fast services. Good staff. Never had to book an appointment. Love their coffee and popcorns too!
