These guys don't understand the business they are in. My wife booked me a surprise massage for my birthday, thus I was late by 10 minutes to the appointment. Waited another 5 minutes for the receptionist on the other building (they have two) just to learn the massage was on the other one. I was let know my service will be cut short. I declined the service as my entire mood was lost. They went ahead and charged my card. Have been going there for the last couple of years, but never again. Hope you will not either.

The space is clean and they treat the customer very well. But I was not happy with the quality of word for my pedicure. The nail polish did not have a good quality and wouldn't spread well and evenly on the nail, so the end result did not look good. Also the person who did apply the nail polish did not do a good job and I am not happy at all with the quality of work. Honestly I couldn't done myself a much better job. I feel like I have wasted my money .... I will not go back any more.

Update 2/28After I gave the feedback about my displeasure, we got a message from Azam who is senior ménagement. He is a class act and contacted us personally to resolve the situation.All good, it shows the management cares about their business .Thanks againSo… this place is something else…I wanted my wife to have a spa day since she has a stressful job, she was booked for a few treatments this morning at 10.15 am (April 16th). She was so excited and so was I.. the lady calls at 8.30 to tell us that they will be cancelling the appointment as the person who was supposed to work on this appointment is in the hospital!!!While I am totally sympathetic to that and wish her the best, it shows the owners unprofessionalism. When it comes to their appointments, they give you all sorts of caveats about getting their on time and charges for missed appointments etc..blah blah blah… but when they cancel on short notice it’s our problem? What about the wasted Sunday for my wife? She even dropped the kids to her sisters yesterday so she can truly enjoy the day today. Could they not really find someone else??The least they could have offered is some sort of goodwill gesture for ruining her Sunday. So beware of these guys, when it comes to taking money.. they run around around with a credit card swiped in their pocket!! But they cancel at short notice with no regard for other people’s time. Total ‘S’ show! I guess they just lost a bunch of clients from my street!

I would like to thank everyone at Sanctuary Day Spas in Vaughan for an exemplary experience! In the midst of an emergency situation, we were COMPLETELY accommodated. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this gesture alone. The actual massage and facial were total bliss, the specialists experienced, gentle and oh, so kind! The decor and ambiance were tasteful and soothing. The cleanliness evident. A most welcoming staff. The lounge comfortable, complete with fireplace and tea and cookies. Quality products. Top quality service. A beautiful afternoon of perfect peace and pampering! THANK YOU SO MUCH! May your business thrive, and may I return again and again.

I go to Sanctuary every 3 months like clockwork to get a facial done with Oksana. I absolutely love her, she so kind and very knowledgeable when it comes to skin. She gives you tips to help maintain healthy skin and doesn't push products on you at all. She does occasionally change the type of facial she's doing if she thinks it may require something more hydrating. I always trust her advice, she always leaves my skin looking regenerated.

I had the most amazing afternoon starting with a wonderful pedicure followed by an amazing facial by Natasha! She’s amazing! Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks to Paulina for my eyebrow tint! Amazing! Five star! Best experience ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nena & Rose are simply the best! They were able to immediately identify what I needed by asking open ended questions and as a result I left with glorified skin and released tension of my shoulders/neck. Thank you both!!

I had booked some services for myself, my fiancé, and her best friend on their 30th birthday. I had a massage by Peter, my fiancé had her first hot stone massage, and our friend had a facial. We all had a wonderful time! Everyone was super professional and friendly and the environment was very relaxing. We would definitely come back and refer Sanctuary to all of our friends and family. Thank you for a magnificent experience!

Great service. I have been a long time client. I enjoy my treatments. I have known the staff for a long time. Every one is absolutely wonderful. I always buy gift cards for my loved ones. I am never disappointed.

Great atmosphere - I brought the kids for a spa day, we got a manicure done. The kids were so excited. The only issue I have is the price. For the whole group, one adult and three teens, it costed $160. For the experience it was great, but they need to do something about the cost
