I have had the most magical experience at Kavar. Em and staff are the most sweetest, friendliest humans I have had the pleasure to meet. They made my dreams come true with a ring I truly fell in love with... BUT added a twist to the design, making my ring custom and magical.They have become my jewelry go to. The staff are honest when presented with inquiries or debates. And always smiling.Thank you for everything. You have made my forever ring perfect❤️

Friendly staff, excellent service! I highly recommend this jewelry store. We bought my diamond anniversary band there and had some of our jewelry repaired by the amazing jeweller there. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my jewelry. We are now in the process of creating two beautiful gemstone pieces from Kavar. Thank you Kavar for your excellent service!

Emily and her father Hratch went above and beyond to provide the utmost in customer service. Emily was instrumental in creating my dream engagement ring, and was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. It was a little tight when I received it, though just in the slightest so I didn't worry about bringing it back. She mentioned that they could adjust the size if I felt it necessary. I live in Parry Sound, and it's a bit of a drive to Newmarket and I don't go often. This week I found myself there though, and thought I'd pop in to see how long I'd have to give up my ring to change the size. Well, let me tell you....I was blown away when they said they could help me on the spot! I wouldn't have to be separated from my precious ring for more than an hour. Hratch took it right into the back and made the adjustment. An hour later it was back on my hand and looking like brand new! We certainly made the right choice in jeweler, and I couldn't be happier and more willing to recommend Kavar at the Upper Canada Mall. Thank again for everything!

Kavar should be your first and last stop for anything jewelry related.The staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They do their best to help you and hold your hand through the entire process of everything you need wether it’s cleaning, repair work, engagement rings, anything.They’re patient and kind and very easy and open talking all things stones and metals.We will be back any time we need anything.No other jeweller compares to here and their staff. I searched most of the city for a jeweller to buy my girlfriends engagement ring . I came across Teri here at Kavars....4 hours later after much deliberating Teri found me a diamond that was unmatched in price and quality. Furthermore, Teri was there with me throughout the entire process from purchase to pickup to sizing. Let me say this...the absolute best jeweller in the city who actually cares about her clients. Not only was the ring literally perfect but she also beat the quotes of the other jewellers in the city by over 5k!!!Needless to say, I am a customer for life and am thankful to have found a personal jeweller for myself.

I needed to get a diamond ring repaired for my girlfriend, so I brought to to Kavar's. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, the price was reasonable and so was the turn around time. My girlfriend is thrilled to have her ring back, which is what matters most.

My friend and I recently visited Kavar and were lucky enough to meet Mathew.He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about watches, particularly in regards to watch making and movements.My friend was looking for a special Rado watch similar to one his father used to wear and Mathew went above and beyond to assist in the search. Although we didn't make a purchase that day, Mathew treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism from start to finish.I have no doubt that when the time is right, we will be back to buy a Rado from Mathew. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused watch specialist.
