Very pleasant experience from Chad, Viraj and Leah herself when we had water trouble; from dishwaher leak to our broken water heater. Leah explained the problem well, the pros and cons, in layman's term so we can understand it better, and helped us come up with a decision. They are all professional, knowledgable, personable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Leah the Plumber is definitely on our speed dial from now on.

The plumbing manifold in the ceiling of my powder room had a slow leak which unfortunately didn't show signs after yrs of leaking (probably since my condo was built in 2011). After my usual plumber I hire decided he was too busy" to look into this type of issue

I can not praise and say enough about Leah and her team. We always seem to have an emergency on a weekend or a long weekend. Recently, we had our HVAC system go down in +30 temps, meaning no AC. Leah and her team were quick to respond, trouble shoot and install a whole new system for us within 24 hours. Seriously, the service we have received is outstanding and I'm truly appreciative for everything that her and her team offer, right down to the texts and emails your receive to let you know when they're on their way. Leah the plumber did a fantastic job of replacing a cartridge in my tub/shower faucet. The plumber (Chad?) was very polite, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly.

We have used them twice now in the last year. First time was last fall and Steven and Leah were a step ahead of the City of Saskatoon with fixing the problem the whole time. Second time was today and once again they didn’t disappoint. Chad was here within 1 hour of my original call and assured us the leak was going to be fixed today. They are my first call for sure!

Leah the Plumber is amazing and very professional. They break things down for easy explanation and understanding. Prompt, doesn’t try to sell you add on’s that you don’t need. Would and have recommended.
