Only reason I’ll give it 1 star is because 1 Pearson new how to do there job . Very rude bank teller she was . Went to ask a question from a lady in her office and replied another sly comment. She couldn’t even have the sense to get out of her chair to address me . She had no clue and needs a week to talk to branch manager. This bank is completely out to lunch . Looks like I’ll be moving to another bank .

Stop pulling people out of your service lines, so they can learn about your convenient features that are supposed to 'save time'.I wanted to top up my MasterCard so I could use it today, not in 3 or 4 business days ... But, now I can't, because your rep failed to mention that to me when she got me to transfer my funds in the ATM.I approached your manager, who protected her employees feelings, and she told me she couldn't do anything. Now that's convenient!!

This Bank is terrible. They will not accept an international wire transfer even though we have all the correct info on the transfer. They just sent the money back. When trying to call the branch nobody ever answers. They have long automated replies and when you finally think you got through, then they ask for a number to call you back. It never occurs to them that callbacks often don’t work, especially when you have other meetings all day. But they never called back anyway, which I almost expected. Going to the branch doesn’t help either. They often have very long lines and nobody ever bothers to open up a new teller. They just couldn’t care less. Avoid this bank and take your money somewhere else where they actually behave in a way that at least gives you the impression that they value you as a customer.

Very bad service at this bank. They give you codes that don't work at all for online banking and their software is malicious on their site. It won't allow for access even when I answered the security questions over the phone and the representatives I talked to refused to even look into the matter. Outright refused to. Even 1 star is more than they deserve. I say for if we can give them up to 5 stars for good service, then we should be able to take as many, if not more, for bad customer service. The rep I talked to at the most deserves a -5 star rating or way worse. As soon as I can, I will be switching banks. I recommend all customers or potential customers do the same

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would! I had called to get a replacement credit card because I had lost mine. However, I had to prove my identification at the branch before I could get the new card sent to my new address. No problem. I went in and did that only to leave the branch and later call back customer service to have them send out my card and they told me that my account still shows that I have to verify my identity. The person on the phone told me my only option was to go back into the bank to show my ID again and this time tell them to take the hold off my account. I wasn't to happy about this but I did anyways. I told the person helping me in the branch what was going on and she assured me that she had removed it. Today I called customer service again to get the card sent to me and once again they tell me there is still the hold on my account and I have to go in to prove my identity. This is just ridiculous! If I could cancel my credit card with bmo without it effecting my credit I would!!! Not impressed at all!

If I could make it a 0 star I would, I would always have issues with my bank and when I call to ask questions they just hang up on me, no joke, had to wait on hold for 30 minutes just to be hung up on mid question, terrible customer service all around! Please don’t even bother replying with an automated message, I don’t want to hear it.

BMO's in abbotsford are all terrible. They literally are taking away the good services they had.As a faceless corporation, nobody there can help you, customer service ineffective, oh and some branches are closed saturdays, some Mondays. I work monday to friday, I had to go to the bank 3 times before I could find one open. Mt Lehman closed Mondays, Whatcom closed Saturdays. Used to be open Monday to Saturday. You guys really are as terrible as these reviews indicate. I've been with these jokers since the late 70's. I will be closing my accounts and go with any other bank. As a faceless corporation with ineffective customer service, please prove my points and leave an automated generic response to this review.
