This is an honest business with fair prices and the competent crew do a bang up job of solving automotive woes. Kudos to Walt, Mark and the rest of the crew for doing a great job. You have my heartfelt thanks and recommendation to anyone seeking automotive repair.

After multiple requests to check front end to ensure safety & request everything was tightly in place!!!!- (having two things repaired by him $1000 in 2 weeks) it was returned with a severely loose steering linkage!!!! And tie rod bar that had to be immediately replaced at another shop. I also asked for paperwork regarding what they did and their findings and they refused to provide it without difficulty. VERY DISPLEASED ... The new mechanic was in disbelief that this had not been noticed as he was able to wiggle it with his two fingers and it was visibly bent from the hoist.

One of the worst place for cars, very over priced and bad customer service. I never recommend this place to anyone and I live around that are but had a bad experience with them.

New to the area and my car broke down right across the street from Tottenham Auto. Drive across the street unelegantly anf loudly. Tom and Walter were wonderful, pleasant and personable. Best introduction to my new car repair" shop. Work was done quickly

Took my challenger here to get the brakes done. They were super fast, very honest and great value. She sounds and drives so much better now! I originally had a quote from Canadian tire that wasn't totally accurate, so not only did I get better advice about what I needed done, I saved money! Thanks Walter and Tom!

I don't know much about cars, but I trust Walt not to pull one over on me. He will be upfront about costs, whether a repair is necessary or not, and if he thinks the car is likely to have other related issues. He even squeezed my car in after hours once to check a concern I had with a strange noise.

Very professional and honest staff. They let you know any upcoming maintenance you might need to do and recommend jobs that could cause big problems, but don't pressure you into anything.

I have bringing vehicles to Tottenham garage for over 4 years now and I am very pleased with the service I have received. First of all, Walt, the owner, is not only friendly and helpful-- he cares about his customers. All of the work he has done for me was necessary and not excessive maintenance to give himself more business. He will tell you when there is no point in doing a job and find ways to save you money. Work is always done when it was supposed to be done and costs are always within the predicted budget. Walt gooes above and beyond to give great customer service through honesty and integrity in his work. Thanks Walt. This is why I keep coming back.

Went in to get a trailer tire repaired, and met Walter. Great guy, very helpful, honest. Truly the kind of place that you always hope a small town will have. I was very happy with the repair and the price. Makes me wish I lived in the area, but I was passing through.

I called Tottenham Garage this morning at 8:00 a.m. and advised them I was having issues with my car. I believed it to be the one of my wheel barring. I was advised that it may have also been a loose tire. They told me that they were fully booked but would squeeze me in. Thankfully !!!! I was worried about my car and they helped me when I was in a bind, it turned out to be a loose tire like they thought, and they really saved me a bunch. They were friendly, fast, trustworthy and I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for honest mechanics !
