CityMarket - Park Royal is an expansive supermarket with a comprehensive array of global food products, and their team is always very helpful and friendly. It is definitely at the top of one's go-to choices in the Park Royal/Ambleside area of West Van for for a bright, modern and convenient food shopping destination. Check out the posted pictures, but they definitely don't do it full justice. Visit today to see for yourself. You'll be more than happy you did!

I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake from loblaws market in PR mall. And I was lucky to meet the baker in person and discuss about the design I like. Big big thank you to Bahareh ❤️ She made our customized mermaid cake and everyone was soooo impressed! Thanks for the beautiful memories in my kid’s 4 yrs old bday.

It is unethical, cruel and downright wrong to keep hens in tiny metal cages. Please follow through on your promise to be 100% cage free by 2025. Animal welfare is very important to me and until you follow through and keep this promise, I will not be recommending your company at all!

I recently had a negative experience at City Market due to their discontinuation of plastic bags and lack of affordable alternatives. It seems as though they are intentionally creating dissatisfaction among customers.

I enjoy shopping at this grocery store. I have found Monday and Tuesday are the least favorable days to shop. Stock is limited after the weekends. I suggest Thursday as the best day to shop. The staff is always friendly and available to answer any questions or find any products.

The supermarket is clean, well stocked. Prices are high. Their bread slicer machine cut up my bread in weird triangular shaped wedges. The French baguette was on sale and they have no stock. They did have several staff members behind the bakery counter enjoying face time chat but no one will put out the bread. When I asked, it was an unwelcome interruption of a funny story and a quick NO MORE" reply was given before she went right back to chat. I still decided to buy the bread so as not to waste it. The cashier dropped one slice into the conveyor belt. Picked it up with her hand and stuffed it back into my paper bag of bread and then picked up two more wedges and said: "

Loblaws seams out of place for North/West Vancouver given it’s reasonable prices and stacks of generic brand groceries. As a lunch spot, the selection is great with not many misses, but I do suggest avoiding the mac n cheese at the canteen. The cafe has great affordable options including fresh hot chocolate. The bakery is terrific - while the desserts can taste a bit generic, the selection of fresh breads is fabulous.

Pretty good grocery store with terrible produce. Aside from the sizeable deli and bakery, and a few speciality products on the shelves, this really is a Superstore. That’s good it you want PC products at low prices. But it’s not good if you want top-shelf produce, meat, etc.
