Started cutting a big tree down at the beginning of June in our neighbor's yard and they have not come back to finish the job. They left a man cage behind on our front yard; it is now the end of July...

Cut down 2 trees which included 1 very large in a tight quarters area behind the home i share with a friend in a day . Said they'd be back to finish up the next day showed up as promised cleaned up and left . Quite pleased with the company highly recommend them 4 thumbs up if I had 4 but I only have 2 . Great work your dad would be proud of your accomplishments

Top notch Customer Service with the lady on the phone at their office. Very polite. They seem to appreciate your business. Professional looking crew and equipment arrived on time. Did an excellent job. Couldn't believe the detail work. Raked up every leaf. Down on their hands and knees with garbage cans scooping up wood chips. My lawn was messier before they arrived. Competitive pricing.

Excellent Service, came when they said they would, did the work and cleaned up afterwards. Kept the trucks off the yard because they told me the ground was too soft. Meant one worker had to do some climbing... I have used their service in the past and will use it again...

Please see my postscript below this initial review:Sadly my experience is incredibly bad. I have been trying to get Napanee Tree Service to come for almost a year!Mark came mid winter and said impossible to do the work at that point but he would return. Finally I was told I would be called by Jamie (spellling)? Daines on Friday 13 May to confirm the following week. No call. I called on Monday 16 May and got a call back from her saying Mark would either call Tuesday to come Wednesday this week or Wenesday to come Thursday this week. Again no call! I called this a.m. to ask when Mark might come. Again no call back. Granted it is a small job I am sure for them but please then just say no and let people move on to another company.Postscript to the above! To Mark Daines' credit he came on 3 further occasions and completed the work at our property just fine. Thank you.
