I had the pleasure of dealing with Kyvon today. To make a long story short he called Bell Customer Service to resolve a stressful situation where I was being charged 300$ for a data overrage because of a mistake customer service had made last week. He dealt with the situation with poise and patience beyond his years and was unwilling to take No for an answer. Will be returning to this Bell location because of our experience today. Kyvon deserves a raise

I am very happy and appreciate the extra effort Cassandra made for me on my last visit to the Bell Store in Woodgrove mall yesterday. Billing got my payments all messed up during the past two months or so and she found where the money got internally transfered too. She did all this while staying for over an hour after the store and mall were closed for the night to help me. Thank you Cassandra, you went above and beyond and I really appreciate that you sorted everything out for me.

Received true and honest help from Kyle L while upgrading my cell. He managed to reduce monthly billing and I left with a great new phone. Highly recommend the team there - they treated everyone who walked in with personal customer service. Extra praise for Kyle... he went above and beyond.
