My friend and I attended for a double pedicure. The new location is super welcoming, relaxing and clean. The ladies that work here are absolutely fabulous and very friendly and personable and made sure we were comfortable while they performed the service.The pedicures exceeded expectations and both of us left feeling very satisfied.On other occasions I've indulged in a massage and facial and likewise left very impressed and relaxed.100x over I would recommend the Queen's spa and can't wait to book again <3

The lady that did my facial left me with pieces of the hydro jelly mask still on my face, eyelashes and in my ear at the end. Good thing I checked what I looked like before leaving the room to go pay.My face had a terrible reaction to the products that I am STILL trying to get rid of (March 18). Instead of being offered a refund, the lady just offered me more products of the brand that has ruined my face.I do not recommend.

Just spent a glorious day of pampering. I highly recommend. The facial and massage were amazing and my manicure and pedicure look great.
