I'm am a residential interior designer & I was looking for a professional service for my client in thoughtfully & sensitively assisting with the removal of some personal belongings of his late wife, but also to help organize & prepare the home to be a future rental. This was a monumental & heartfelt task for him & the whole family & their 3 year procrastination had them at a stand still. They did not know where & how to begin. Heather, Brittany and team were instrumental in moving my mom from her house of 55 years into independent living. They worked with us to identify items and plan mom’s move onto her new suite. They moved and set up her suite beautifully. Then they helped us clear out the house by sorting items for recycling, donation, auction and consignment. I really can’t imagine how we could have done this without their help.

After being in the same home for 30 years, there was a lot to deal with.Brittany and her amazing team packed and unpacked them in record time.They even organized items for donation and consignment stores.Further more, with all our other unwanted items they were able to photograph and hold an online auction. From the moment I met with Brittany I knew I was in good hands. Brittany's organizational skills are incredible. She helped me through every stage of moving with encouragement, humour, and understanding. Her attention to detail helped me decide what to keep, sell, or donate. Also, her ability to stage my home for selling was exceptional.Good Riddance also had the challenge of moving my son to an apartment in Vancouver and downsizing my home by half and moving everything to Calgary right when Covid happened in April 2020.Every box was marked so well that the movers knew exactly where to put everything and I knew what was in each box.Not one thing was broken and arrived in perfect condition. Good Riddance has an incredible group of people who work for them and apply the same care & dedication as Brittany.Good Riddance helped my son move a second time and was able to help him pack and unpack and totally organize his new home.Needless to say, I would hire Good Riddance in a heart beat to help declutter and organize my life!

They were amazing!!! I had one of those moves where everything went wrong EXCEPT hiring them. Cadence and Tanya came (on time) and in just under 4 hours they packed up our entire suite. It was so organized and they were so lovely to deal with. If I ever move again, I will be 100% calling them to come back. I highly recommend this company to help you with your organizing/packing needs.

Good Riddance came in our family home with empathy, professionalism, and much needed expertise to guide us in sorting though our loved ones possessions . We were left with peace knowing the sentimental things were kept, and preciously packed… and then took care of the rest . This took so much of the stress off of our family after our mom had passed.
