Point-of-View Apartments
Average older building, with many longtime residents. Seems like a lot of folks being grandfathered in when it comes to the rules. Great parking, convenient location. That being said, not soundproof at all, whether loud neighbours or constant loud traffic on Paris. Laundry room is a joke too. I guess it really all depends on your Point-of-View.

Landlord is amazing. Very friendly tenants. 15 minutes to 4 corners on foot.
