We go there everyday because it’s close to our house and everyday they are giving us wrong order and we have to go back again. The worst part is they don’t even accept their mistake. The rest of staff is still ok but the manager she is the one who is taking wrong order all the time. We also work in customer service but the manager is not experienced at all. I wish I could give them zero star.

Firstly, I paid for two shots of chocolate syrups in Mocha latte but they dropped just one. Then I paid for one more and instead of giving that in another cup they took my same used cup to fill it up denying the Covid guidance.Secondly, I ordered a pickup in ‘Now’ and when I arrived after 15 minutes. They still took 5 minutes to fulfill my order. Despite the fact they barely had any rush.

I typically visit the location outside Bramalea City Center but it is closed for renovations so I have been going to this location the service is awful. I was served by a bigger set Asian man who coughed into his hand multiple times before making orders without washing it just disgusting I was then served a bagel with half of it missed won't be visiting here again will go back to Bramalea location when it reopens

Very terrible. I placed a mobile order and completed the order, received emailConfirmation. I arrived at the counter for pickup to be told they didn’t get the order. I showed them the email I received & the order history on my phone and they still didn’t believe me. Wasted 10 mins for a transaction that should have saved time. They need to be better trained on how to identify an order on the persons phone & not accuse them of trying to get free food! Also on top of that I ordered a large ice cap and she didn’t fill up. It was below the lip of the cup. Terrible.

Run in and out Tim Hortons. There is no seating available but you can run in and out very quickly. Products are usually very fresh.
