BEWARE! SCAM!They have most horrible customer service. Their staff members are rude and tell you they don't care about your concerns because they have already charged your credit card. If you use these guys, I can assure you, your credit card will be over charged for some made up charges.

They will charge you cleaning fees, extra mileage, even if you have returned the truck clean. They have your credit card and will charge it EXTRAs. Not honest. Worst customer service ever. Rude. Stay away, I have warned you.

Great place to get it done

It was fast.I asked specific questions and they responded.

Worst experience I ever had, I booked my 10 feet truck for moving, when I went there they said they don’t have any truck right now, they told us to wait for 45 minutes then 1 hour and then then ended up waiting 3 hours. After talking with 4-5 customer care person they agree to give me a mini van at other location. As I don’t drive the car, I hired a driver. I have to pay him 100 dollars extra fir just waiting and going to other location for pick up vehicles. My old land lord start yelling at me because my stuff was still there and new tenants was there to move in, they ruined my relationship with the owner too. When we go to pick van at new location they said only the who booked has to show their license, I don’t had one, I told them that is why I hired the driver, then they said he has to show license and proof living in Ontario, he was just moved from another province. It was disaster day and worst day I ever had. I ended up all most $200 extra for driver and his gas and lot of depression. And the customer care was laughing at my situation and said its 1 of moth it happens it was normal for them. I had took day off from my work too. Thanks U haul for moving my home.

Booked a rental uhaul, got a call 30 min before the time of reservation mentioning that they changed our pickup location from Brampton to all the way Downtown, not only that after this we got charged twice on our account as we got more miles than submitted on system, of course we got more miles as we had a reason we booked uhaul in Brampton and not in Toronto. Worse experience

Didn't like the fact that we couldn't leave the truck at one of their other locations, made it very inconvenient for us.

The U haul experience at this location never fails to amaze me!!staff is super friendly and affectionate .keep it up guys. you guys are simply BEST!!

they are the biggest scammers they overcharge and make 60$ bill to 270$ please avoid these scammers
