Laura is wonderful! She ensures you are comfortable and that you understand the procedure you're undergoing. She is extremely knowledgeable about different skin types and her attention to ensuring a clean, sanitized and Health Canada-approved treatment is obvious. Laura removed a burst blood vessel from my face; the price was affordable compared to other places I've gotten quotes from, and the vessel definitely decreased in size and redness. I would highly recommend Laura for your skin care needs!

I had a great appointment with Laura at Skin Envy. Her office is very comfortable and relaxing. The entire experience was not intimidating and I appreciated all of the expert information she provided me with. I was very happy with the service I chose. Laura was very professional and explained the entire process, including after-care and expected results. She asked me about any of my skin concerns and introduced me to some new procedures that might address them. I will definitely go back! A great intimate setting.

I went in to Skin Envy not having had anything done to my face besides home face masks before. At 33 years old I decided I wanted to up my self-care game when it came to my skin. After a consult, where I talked to Laura about what I felt my concerns with my skin were, she and I decided on the appropriate approach -- which was a cherry vein removal and a facial. I had booked a microneedling appointment having read all the hype on the internet, but I'm glad Laura talked me into starting off my first time with something a bit easier that still targeted areas I was concerned about.I had a sort of 'mystery' mark (embedded makeup, not quite freckle, who knows) under my eye that has been driving me nuts for over a year and Laura worked on it, couldn't quite get it out/off by the time our session was finished but told me it might disappear/drop off during healing, and it did! She gave me a nice cleansing mask and used a special charcoal mix for my chin and jawline where I expressed I was breaking out from stress. It's been about a week and I'd had comments that my face has been looking so clear and nice.Laura was very kind, explained everything she was doing and what to expect. I felt like she had my comfort and my skins best interest in mind, she did not try to convince me I needed the more expensive procedure that I booked, nor was pushy about products. I will definitely be going back to her in the future as the experience was just great for this awkward first timer.For me, the price was reasonable ($85 for vein treatment + $50 added mask) with a tip for great service it was well within the budget I had given myself. I was really impressed with how Laura at Skin Envy listened to my skin concerns and created a session so personally tailored to my needs She had just the thing (or things) for my specific problematic areas. Laura is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the work that she does, and Skin Envy was a warm and comfortable environment. What I found i was most impressive was Laura’s passion for the work she does. My skin not only looks great but feels amazing. I am already looking forward to coming back. Who knew my skin could look so good!

First time ever going to an aesthetician! I’ve been wanting microneedling for facial scarring for a long time. Laura was absolutely the best person to go to! She made me so comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. She also has a range of skincare products at different price points so people can have options (if you choose to purchase, because she is not pushy at all) which I really appreciated, being a broke student and all.
