Purchased a bridle a while back, shipping was fast and the bridle was perfect. Recently I snapped a piece on the bridle and the folks of Sprucewood were able to find me a replacement part to save the cost of replacing the whole bridle! Had Sprucewood out to farm for saddle fitting/purchase. Was very, very knowledgeable. Large selection with different price points. Nathan answered all our fit and saddle questions thoroughly and help us select a saddle that both horse and rider love. Highly recommend.

Last year, I bought a Weatherbeeta turnout blanket through Sprucewood Tack as it was one of the best priced I found on the internet. The rug was great for one year, but this year started to leak every time it rained. Sprucewood's customer service has been second to none in helping me address the defective blanket with Weatherbeeta - super responsive and helpful in supporting my claim to Weatherbeeta. The result? A replacement rug from Weatherbeeta, which would not have been possible without Sprucewood's help and support. Thank you!

Experienced delays with an order and received prompt updates and responses to my questions. On top of that, a $20 gift card was given to me because of the trouble. Couldn’t be more satisfied with how the situation was handled!

Big thank you to Jackie and Lydia for the best customer service I have ever experienced. They helped my girls find everything they needed and provided them with solid advice . My girls left the shop with huge smiles and I felt confident that they had the right products for them. Really impressed with how quick the shipping was! Came with a card on how to care for the blanket too, which was a nice touch.

Store clerks were helpful in advance of my purchase. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and mailed back.HOWEVER, they didn't indicate the cost they would charge me to ship out another size in exchange, as my first order was covered under free shipping.Then they charged me more on the exchanged item. The item was the same price on the website in both sizes, yet I was charged more. I contacted customer service and they said they would refund the difference but it might take 30-60 days. The refund has never come.I'm not waiting for a refund anymore, just disappointed in your lack of clarity with customers.

Absolutely AMAZING experience at Sprucewood, they are my go to store now!! Dennis, Lydia, and Nathan took a ton of time helping me with saddle fitting! I had an awful experience with other saddle fitters elsewhere, and Sprucewood was a world of difference for me!!! I went in dreading being fit for a saddle because of prior experiences elsewhere, and Sprucewood was able to actually make it enjoyable and fun for me :) I left the store feeling excited, motivated, and encouraged :DSprucewood is very body inclusive and took the time to understand me and my ponies needs, and also explain different aspects of saddle fitting to me that I didn’t know before. I’m beyond grateful for all their help and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a saddle!! I don’t show, I only pleasure ride and they treated me with the same amount of respect and dignity as any other client :) they took a huge weight off my shoulders, on what I thought would be an impossible fit for me and my girl, and they made it possible and were super encouraging along the way!Kristen is also absolutely amazing and has really gone out of her way to help me, and takes time over the phone to help me with my purchases when I can’t physically go to the store.Thank you so much Dennis, Lydia, Kristen and Nathan for going above and beyond to help me!!!! We needed a new saddle for our horse who is hard to fit. Nathan was amazing he took the time to find the best saddle and came back in a few months to adjust. Great customer service, and a very positive experience. I recommend them highly to all my friends.
