Saved My family Bangle my grandmother had gave to me passed down from her grandmother for over 150+ years. I was the idiot who broke it but bossman saved my life and now I wont break my grandmothers heart. Also service was very great, great conversations, stories and life experience. People saying he is unfriendly are marshmallows that don’t get out the house enough to experience various personalities. This man is a gem. Cannot put a price on what he did for me today.

I brought in an anklet that was missing a small link piece and I was afraid it could not be salvaged. Claude was helpful and though The Beadery has a 3-7 day turnaround depending on the repair, I got a call the same-day letting me know my piece was ready for pick up. I was very satisfied with the work and the price. Fair prices, good and quick service, convenient location; I would 100% recommend for repairs.

Incredibly fast and professional service. My ring was old and missing a few studs, and I’m just a couple days it’s like it’s brand new! The prices are very fair as well for the amazing work, recommend this for any jewelry or watch repair.

Might be a good place to buy jewelry but I went in for a repair job on a copper bracelet and they botched it. The owner asked if it was a sentimental piece, which it is, told me he could and would make it perfect but payed no respect to the original design and didn't even attempt to own up to it when I tried to confront him. The bracelet broke again in the exact same spot after two months of normal use and is worse off than when I gave it. Other jewelers have looked at it since and were baffled by what was done but unsurprised at the mention of the Beadery. Payed good money for an awful job by an untrustworthy person.

Had such an amazing experience at The Beadery. Had a lot of fun chatting with the staff and found what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back for my next bead project.

Claude offered such incredible service. I wanted a stone in my ring replaced but I was traveling out of the country and I had to get it done that day. I actually wasn’t even sure exactly what stone yet either but he helped me with both finding a new stone and getting my ring done within the day. I returned an hour and half later to my beautiful ring that had taken on a new life. It looked incredible. Definitely stop by this shop if you need anything replaced, repaired or renewed.

I had a neck chain in need of repair, they took the time to explain the repair process & clear estimate of the cost. The staff is knowledgeable, their work is high-quality and their prices are reasonable. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be returning for any future jewellery repair or purchases.

I came to the Beadery after my mum passed away. She had left me a bunch of her old jewellery and she asked me to do something special with it. I came to Claude with an idea for a ring and he managed to bring the idea to life. Even better than I could have imagined. He also went through her jewellery and created a few more pieces that I could never have thought of on my own. They’re absolute one of a kind works of art and I’ll treasure them forever. If you’re looking to buy or design truly unique jewellery then Claude is your man. He was such a pleasure to work with and you won’t leave the store disappointed

Claude is the man!! I needed my chain repaired and he was able to do it on the spot and was so friendly. He has so many amazing custom jewelry that I’ll be coming back to purchase soon. He also does custom work. Highly recommend!!

Had an amazing experience at The Beadery during my visit to Toronto! I was walking Queen St and in search of a Mala for my yogic meditation and happened upon Claude’s shop. He welcomed me in immediately and introduced me to his craft. He took his time with me and explained so many gemstones, and crafting techniques and finally helped me create my own mala from scratch. Claude is an extremely patient, skilled, and genuine man with a trove of knowledge whether it be worldly or related to jewels. He also crafted handmade amythest amulets for my friend and I, and did the wire work on the spot. I spent hours in his shop, enjoying the experience and hospitality that Claude provides. The Beadery truly is the best spot in town for gems, jewelry repair and custom jewelry work. Claude and his team have exactly what you need and it was my true pleasure to have run into him during my visit. I will be returning and sending friends and family his way.
