Queen's Park Care Centre
Staff are all very sweet and facility is always clean! Grateful for all their support during my grandfather's stay during his rehabilitation from a stroke. Although there was a language barrier between my grandfather (who speaks Cantonese) and the staff, everyone tried their best to make sure his needs were cared for :)

Friendly, caring staff. Terrible transit connector for hospital as my cousin had dialysis in the morning at the hospital and the van forgot about her; they didn't bring her back until 2 pm. No one ensured her safety, care, food etc. leaving her neglected awaiting transport 8n the hallway!!! Royal Columbian should've given her lunch at least.

It seems all right for a facility of its kind. I was just visiting a friend and was not a patient but it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

The nursing staff is topnotch. The physiotherapists put us through some great exercise programs to get us back on our feet again, literally. The occupational therapists made sure we had all the right information and access to equipment and services we might need once we were able to get back home.

I cannot believe that this is a place to care for the seniors its always got some kind of an outbreak, mostly covid! Why is my question because they building isn't cared for properly and clean. there are building a new one but that building will have the same issues until they get proper cleaning done

It's great to see my relative looking so good from the care she's receiving, and I just wish there were private rooms or at the most 2 / room. Quite surprised that her room had 6 residents in it.

Staff so very nice and patient . They treat the seniors very kindly. They have different programs and they keep you participating with positive attitudes
