We bought our very first new car, Rav4 hybrid XSE from Lilo and Brittany and had a great experience. During these crazy times, we didn't experience any dealer markups above MSRP, hidden fees, or price gouging. Throughout the process, especially with long wait times, Lilo was very helpful and always there to address any questions. We felt comfortable dealing with Lilo and Brittany and didn't experience any high pressure sales tactics or anything shady. Lilo and Brittany also made the delivery of the vehicle an exceptional experience as it was part of a tenth anniversary gift. The vehicle was presented to our family waiting in a warm showroom with a giant bow and an anniversary sign. Brittany was very helpful and took the time to walk us through and setup everything with all the fancy computers and electronics. We love our new Rav4 and are very pleased with the purchase. It is very good value for the money. When the time comes to eventually buy another new vehicle, we will return to Lilo and Brittany once again.
