I've known most of the ladies that work here since I was a kid. Although I am not a fan of the new online banking system! They also could use a debit credit card type but the customer service is great!

If you want a bank that can listen to you beyond inputting numbers and telling you the result that a computer produces, visit this bank. There is almost no line up and people are actually happy to see you and even know your name. Michael from the Brantford location treated us like humans not numbers. He was patient, got past the usual numbers and came up with an excellent solution to our request. This bank was recommended to us and we recommend it!
