Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I can’t say enough good things about the folks here at this Enterprise facility. I showed up early on a Monday morning and everyone there was welcoming and vibrant, unlike myself (after a long weekend!), that made the experience much more pleasant. I had reserved a mid-size car as we were planning a road trip to PEI for a few days, and figured something a bit larger than a compact would be good for the road. At first the agent (can’t recall his name, but was overly helpful ) stated that they did not have any mid-size cars available, which at that point I expected the standard ‘ we can upgrade you for a fee’ spiel. However I was pleasantly surprised when he stated that instead of holding us up to search for a suitable replacement , he was going to instead upgrade us right away for no additional charge ! We were both surprised when handed us the keys to an AWD Audi A4 !! This was a godsend as we did a ton of driving in PEI, and having the A4 as a companion was awesome. I could not have imagined what 300 miles driving in a chevy spark would have been like !! I would without question use them again, and would highly recommend using this Enterprise facility, great folks.

Excellent place to rent from, easy to book, car was ready on time and customer service was smooth

Excellent experience with them. Had to leave my car at the TD Car Shop and the rental was ready as scheduled, car was great, and with follow up calls before, during and after the rental to check if everything went well. Would totally recommend. All the staff was great.

The reason I’m giving a bad review isn’t for the customer service, it’s the policy for returning a rental. Not only does it cost well over 1,700 to RENT a car for 13 days (and that was the cheapest rate we could find), now, we have to return it on a Sunday and the rental office where we got it from is closed. We were told we have to drop it off before 10am or else it’s an extra $100 for the day. But no one would be there to receive it regardless because they’re closed today so how would they know when we dropped it off? That was the first part that didn’t make sense. NOW, we just want to drop it off at a different location about 30 minutes away at the airport because we want someone to actually be there to do the final walk over with us and agree together that it’s in the same condition as when we took it, so we don’t have any surprises later once we’re home and the airport location is the only one with staff today apparently. They want ANOTHER $120 just to DROP IT OFF somewhere else. I would understand if it was a different city, town, etc that made it reflect that price but it’s literally 30 minutes down the road. Where does enterprise get off on charging you extra just to drop it off at a different location that actually has staff working so that we can get a physical person to check us out? We could leave it at this location (Windmill Rd) with the drop off box, but what if someone comes in the night and completely trashed the car and then suddenly we’re responsible to pay? Not happening. Ridiculous and absolute highway robbery. On top of all this, it seems like you’re going to have to get a mortgage to get a rental car these days. For the price we’re paying, it shouldn’t be this hard to make things just a LITTLE more convenient.

Great customer service, Megan went beyond to help us out to find the car we booked as we werent pleased to get a hatchback when we paid for premium car. Way to go. That's called customer service.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Will NEVER rent from Enterprise and specifically this location ever again.

Vehicle pickup went smoothly. Returning the vehicle on a holiday Monday not so much. Drop off box would not open and we couldn't just leave the the vehicle. We had a flight to catch, so I had to pay my cab driver extra to drop keys off for us. We also had to really trust our driver to do this for us. My husband called to talk to someone about it and they really didn't seem to care. This experience has left a super bad taste in my mouth and will really reconsider which company we rent our vacation cars from

I rented a car from this location in 2022, when I returned it I left my Rayban sunglasses in the rental car. I didn't remember until I went to grab them from my car about 2 months later and remembered where I had left them. I called enterprise 2 times without anyone answering, a few days later I left a voicemail asking if they had found them in the car or if there was a lost and found and I sent 2 emails. This was during Covid so I thought I would have a better chance at someone finding them when the car was being cleaned for the next customer, but I didn't hear from anyone. I expected someone to at least call/email me back and let me know they looked and didn't have them.

Rented a car for a week of lots of driving, when we arrived there wasn't a small vehicle at this location and I don't feel comfortable in a bigger sedan. Megan was so amazing and found a smaller car (a vw which was a personal bonus) and showed no judgement by my inquiry for a smaller car. I really appreciated the great service with a lovely smile! :) Thanks again Megan!
