1 star??!?! If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I bought an expensive frame and the employees and boss didn’t measure my face properly.Hence, I asked them to tighten the frame a bit. BUT INSTEAD, the employee completely bent one side of the frame!!! And this was the SECOND time I went to them!!! I don’t even wear those glasses even though I need them.For the outstanding price that was paid for the glasses, the service was less than the rating I gave.

Came in and the lovely lady inside helped me repair my glasses for free. Even though I did not buy them from here. I will come here next time I need glasses 100% 10/10.

Akal optiol have a wide range of glasses…. Staff is really good..specially Anveer. She gave the best deal.

Great place for all your eyewear needs. I went for a small job of getting a frame fixed and the owner really tried her best to help me out. She spent like 25 minutes to find the right screw to fix the frame and charged us minimal amount. Very impressed with the customer service attitude. Please support this business as much as you can after reading this review. You will not be disappointed.

You guys are still lying by claiming that you contacted my wife to misguide readers. I can understand about the first time cancellation. But what about second time. I clearly mentioned that i only want an optometrist who take care of Sunlife in’s. That is the reason why I did not do eye test for me and wife.Worst experience. Deserve zero star. I visited them with family for eye test and they mentioned Dr will not take insurance of Sunlife hence I have to pay for the eye test and claim insurance by myself, which I denied. They told they have another doctor who do with sunlife for which they are not sure about the availability of that doctor and mentioned they will call me back and book appointment. They did check up for kids coz of OHIP coverage.After a week or so they called and booked appointment for 12th May and I took my day off. On 12th morning I got a call from them saying Dr is not available for today coz of some emergency and rescheduled it for 19th May and I took a day off for 19th. Today I visited and the lady is saying this Dr will not do Sunlife insurance. Then I asked why you booked appointment for today and she doesn’t have any answers. My two day off lost and they don’t have any value for our precious time. Never recommend Akal opticals to anyone. Total waste.
