We had an issue with our six years young Samsung Fridge when it started to make loud noises from the fan or condenser. Before technician Han came over to our home at North Van, we had called another Appliance repair company who sent a technician who listened to the noise and told us to replace the fridge.We luckily found Han who came to our rescue. He examined and diagnosed the issue as there was ice build up near the fan. Han cleared the ice, serviced the appliance and even wiped down a fridge shelf! Han was very knowledgeable and courteous during his time repairing our fridge and took the time to fully explain the processes that he was doing…Most importantly, the appliance is working like brand new ever since Han fixed our fridge. Got our over-the-range microwave replaced with Appliance Dr & Home Repair Services and it was a great experience. They walked us through the various options and helped us choose the right one for our needs. The technicians were polite, professional and efficient. Han and his Tech replaced a number of water supply lines to various appliances.We live on the 5th floor of a North Vancouver condo and have had several floods in the Complex in the past few years due to failed Clothes Washer,Fridge, and Dishwasher water supply lines.This has caused a spike in the Strata insurance.Very Professional and knowledgeable. Gave tips as to what to watch for and did not try to upsell or add additional expenses. Some things that owners had requested were not recommended at this time or not required. Had my washer fix with this company and it was great experience. Good price and had to wait for 2 weeks for part delivery due to pandemic but they kept update with it which seems very professional with work they do with client. Job was on done on the day of appointment.Since I had great exp with these company I will ask for help again later in the future again.

I referred appliance dr.ca to my sons residence to simply attach door handle on over the range microwave door. This microwave is in good operating condition before they touched it. The man he sent fumbled with it and removed the door. For 3 hours 2 men fumbled with it and ruined the circuit board that resulted in microwave not operating anymore. He even took the $80.00 service charge and a $100.00 was given but said he had no change. He said they have insurance. When I asked for its name he did not want to give it. All he advised what to replace the microwave. He offered to install it for another $250.00 which is even higher the going rate. All they do is try to make money from senior people like me. I asked him I feel responsible for referring him to my son when attaching door was the only conditioon of work they need to do. They should have stopped if they failed. I asked to return the $100.00 to add to cost of getting a new microwave. He did not reply. He gets away by giving no reply. This man is not honest and reliable. He has no tecnical know how, not professional in his service. It was a mistake to give him my trust.

Professional on-time service. They were able to fix my Washer issue on the same-day call with a reasonable price.

Hon was so helpful explaining our dryer issues. He gave options regarding the repair, including the option of purchasing a new dryer. He was able to secure the same dryer which had been discontinued, and got us an awesome price. He arranged to pick up the old dryer and install the new one and kept me updated throughout the process. Very professional, will definitely use this company again.

They had no professional tech and service.I asked repairing for Samsung Dryer. A technician came home and he said some part be changed. So he asked the money parts and service fee. I paid $374.85. But after repairing, the dryer did not work and technician also came back repaired again. But it was not work.He came back next day and asked me $60 for another part.So paid. After 2 weeks, the dryer did not work again.(just using one time). I asked repairing but they ask me again the part and service fee.I think they are not real technician. No professional.No using this company.

My oven wasn't working, display board wasn't working but tech came in and fixed it with good price.Fridge wasn't cooling, but that also was fixed as well. Good service with great communication, they were able to explain in details why appliance had a issues.Will have them again later. Thanks.

I had my kitchen stove fixed by Appliance Dr. and now it works as if it is brand new. Their technician was very professional, knowledgeable and kindly explained to me what caused the problem. I highly recommend Appliance Dr. and would definitely call them again if I have any problems with appliances. They deserve more than 5 stars.
