I am never rude to people in the retail industry because I know what it’s like being on the other side of it but the service I received today from this store left me in a state of shock.I went to do a simple return because when I tried my tights on for the first and only time, I noticed a snag.Went I entered the store with my friends the associate I spoke to continuously glared at my friends and made them feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. She proceeded to snatch my tights out of the package, put on gloves and found the snag. She then said that I clearly didn’t handle this with enough care and that this was entirely my fault. She then proceeded to belittle me and tell me I knew nothing about these tights.I actually did research this brand and learned that they have good quality tights that are durable and automatically assumed there might have been an accidental defect with my tights since I only tried them on once.After I started to get red in the cheeks and my voice got quiet, she told me she would make a one time only exchange and that I need to learn how to take care of them (slowly like I was a child). She told me that serval time that it was entirely my fault and that she has never seen a problem with the tights. I grabbed my new pair and my friend and hurried out of that store, voicing how terribly awful that whole experience was. I will not be returning. Money not well spent.

Beware!! The sales staff will upsell you with promise of full refund BUT then will not keep up their word… my husband bought me a pair of $218 stockings and was told he can get a refund if his wife didn’t want them, however when I (the wife) inquired, I was told that the new policy doesn’t allow refunds, exchange only!! And your in store credit is valid for a short time, so be sure to ask for how long or you will lose the store credit too! How obscene… the new ownership policy is using the good Wolford name to rob people. I always supported small business and understood its intricacies but this is not a service driven business. What a shame. I will never go back and especially these days when you can buy rip resisting new tech sheers, I’m not keen on Wolford at all. Nothing to offer sadly, since the service is gone.

I was looking for bodysuits to wear under shorts and skirts so I wouldn't have to constantly tuck my top back in but found they were all cheap and see through. I am so glad I decided to stop into Wolford they had exactly what I was searching for all summer.I am not a hosiery girl but I am now! The selections ranged from basics to very fashionable, I bought the Henna tights and will pair them with a short ruffled skirt. I had the pleasure of meeting the sales associate Michelle, she is very professional and knowledgable in the sizes and products. I highly recommend her.
