My dog is such a drama queen that shakes every time when goes in a pet store, but only here, she waggles her way out. I understand spa day isn’t easy for pets, but I like how they treated her with patience and love! I have already booked appointment for the rest of the year! Super recommend!

We love PawsNatural (Fargo and myself - albeit for different reasons!) mostly for grooming (me!) and great selection of treats (Fargos favourite part) great addition to the neighbourhood!I have been several times and trust the team there with my favourite pup on the planet! Everyone there is so sweet and gentle with Fargo, who is very good and friendly, but nervous to be left behind by me. I feel confident I am leaving him in good hands.I have specifically had grooming done by Daniel and Iris and have been so pleased. Firstly, he smells incredible for multiple days and his coat is soft and very bright. He’s a malti poo and he comes out as white as snow!I like to bring in photos to show Iris what I am expecting and find this the best way to be clear about what you want. Always have exactly what I want because of this and everyone is happy in the process since there is no guessing/assuming.Great pricing and my 15lb pup is done within 2 hrs.Secondly - women owned business. I am so happy to support these hard working individuals who put incredible effort into taking care of my favourite little fur ball. I have recommended to friends and they have all been for grooming and have remarked not only on their great work but how friendly everyone is there. I have seen some adorable teddy bear cuts come out of here! I included a picture of my friends poodle to share! (Yolanda I believe was behind this look, who I haven’t worked with yet personally!) but they all can work from photo inspiration and do great work.The store is very clean and bright and has good selection of natural treats, and neat toys/beds/trinkets for our favourite pets.Thank you Pawsnatural!

Very good customer service. I told them my dog was puking after buying a brand of food. They allowed me to return and exchange the food, in addition to giving my dog a free treat and free paw trim. I also had issues finding my past transaction and they took the time to go through their system to find it for me.Although they are not the cheapest in terms of price, I would highly recommend any dog owner to come here as the staff are very well trained and they CARE about each customer that walks in. They put the dog first and make sure to do right by the customer, and that is something I am willing to pay a premium for.

Great grooming experience for our Goldendoodle Dillon. The staff made our shy dog very welcome and she loves going. Her groom is great and only takes a few hours. Highly recommend.

We end up making friends with all staffs in the store; they are super friendly and really care about animals. When I had no experience, they directed me what to do, and ask me to NOT spend extra money. I love PawsNatural!

The BEST pet store in the area for sure! Very cozy and neat place with super friendly and considerate services and competitive PRICES! I bought all the pet toys here for my doggie and for my friends’ pets as Christmas gifts as well. Quite adorable! Oh besides my doggie loved treats and liver bites I bought here sooooo much! Can’t wait to let my doggie do her first grooming here around Christmas!

Excellent grooming service. We have had our golden doodle groomed here several times, and are very happy with the results. Staff is friendly and professional. Unlike most other groomers in the area, they just focus on one dog at a time, so the dog is kept at the groomer for a much shorter time.
