Nice little jewelry store with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Brought in a watch to get its battery changed, and another to get some other work done and they did a great job at a reasonable price. Will do business with them again.

I dropped in on a whim in February 2022 to inquire about making a customized ring made with two rings that I already had. I basically left it to Jack and Elmira with little instructions. I picked my new ring on March 8, 2022 and I was speechless. It was simply beautiful. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is beyond words. I just had a wonderful visit with the owners of this little jewelry store while getting a new watch battery (they had it installed in about 3 mins), and the best thing is, they’re right in my neighbourhood. I have visited this store on a number of occasions over the years, mostly for watch batteries and repairs. The owners are always there. They are so friendly and helpful. Recently I needed a number of things done, including repairs to a chain, a bracelet, a watch, and ring sizing. I have always been pleased at how reasonable there prices were. This was a lot of work so I was expecting to pay accordingly. I was thrilled when the bill was considerably less than I had expected. I can't say enough about the quality of their work, their prices and their friendly service.

Brought my ring in yesterday. I had to have my ring cut off due to a work accident. It was cut in 2 places. I had priced a couple places and the prices were crazy, and the explanation of why it was a difficult fix came on top of that. My ring was repaired at Mjeas in one day for one quarter of the price at the other. It was polished nicely and look new and sparkly. Will be referring more people for sure.

I brought a pocket watch in which was a gift from my wife to change the battery and they left chisle marks in the watch and the hour hand is now sitting about fifteen minutes behind from when ever the hour hits causing the time to be incorrect then when i complained about it the man goes pssh pssh" and litterlay waves his hand at me as if to say whatever. Some real terrible customer service. First time and last time going there my watch is now dented and off time due to him."

I went to majeas to sell some of my gold and diamonds in trade for a bracelet and to rodium a 10kt gold serpentine necklace...there was no reciept as it was a cash transaction...the silver came off my $2500 necklace...it looked like tarnished metal...when I called him about it...he said he remembered everything except the neaklace he had done the shotty work on....he lied...I was going to take him to small claims court but I haven't got a reciept and if he's going to lie to me over the phone I'm sure he'd lie in court...it cost me $250 to have the rodium removed from my necklace....this guy is a liar and does shotty work then lies about it to avoid responsibility...BEWARE....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THISBUDINESSWITH THIS MAN....HE LI
