Just picking up an online order. Great Customer Service. They packed my purchase neatly in my car and that was it, all done for me!

While this is not my preferred store in this chain, the sheer size and product selection is a good enough reason to visit for various hardware needs.

Item I bought was on sale. It rang up as $30 instead of $19 as advertised. Cashier made me go grab the sale sign (I was the only person in line) and then gave me the sale price, which had expired 6 days earlier. I'm not sure why it was up to me to grab the sign. She said that was the 2nd item from that section that day this scenario happened with.Normally a great store with friendly staff.

I got treated like I was a thither.Spent thousands at home depot and nothing but respect. Never going back.

Got most of what I needed for a small project. Store is a good size, pretty clean and lots of parking.

Very nice staff are always ready to help you out. This store has lower prices than most hardware stores, and has a great selection of products.

I asked to “hold” a product because it was “out of stock” at my local Home Hardware store. The cashier and the person on the phone who held the item for me were great and friendly to deal with. However the same item was $25 more expensive per piece at this London Home Hardware store versus my local Home Hardware store. I informed the manager and he said their item was bigger, then it was a different product, then made from different wood. Since I purchase the remaining stock at my local Home Hardware store, I brought the identical item into the store. The manager then diffused responsibility and said that my local store made a mistake and I was “lucky”. I called other Home Hardware locations around the city of London and all were the same price as my local store. Save your money, and shop somewhere else.
