Never going back here lady cut my hair rushed cutting my hair used shaver hurt me twice complained it wad my shape head spent too long talking to people coming waited 10 minutes to get back to my hair she was rudePoor telephone manners as she was on the phoneDont know why she was hired trying to find out who to complain to

never answer their phone. how are you supposed to get an appointment. Going elsewhere now. used ro be great

Betina is just too hot for this place! Thinks she doesn't have to listen to you and trying to get you out the chair in 5 min. It appears she believes she deserves $300/h for bad haircuts. Don't bother trying to get an appointment, they are never on time.

When we entered for my sons haircut the stylist was complaining about her previous person phone call - awkward start. I’m not going to re-tell the entire misunderstanding but a “fade” is not a buzz cut. She buzzed the top of his hair! Yes, buzz the sides but not the top!!! It was too late before I realized she had grabbed the buzzer for the top instead of the scissors. She spent only 5-10 minutes tops on his hair…when we go anywhere else it’s a half hour. If your looking for a good 7 min. buzz cut this is the place to go.

Went it for a no appointment hair cut because they are not taking appointments and was told it would be 3 hours. There was no body sitting waiting so why would it be 3 hours? So they said they could book us for 3 hours later. We drove in from out of town so that was no good.Recommend they go back to booking appointments.

Kelly takes the time to make me feel comfortable and important as a client. I like her haircuts. All the Ladies are very courteous there. Great place thanks..Peggy S.

Found out I had a bald spot but no one made fun. Kelly 2 is number 1

Very unimpressed! Called to make an appt for my 4 yr old son (who already has issues getting his hair cut as he has sensory issues and is scared). Drove there, waited 10 min until someone acknowledged us then was told they no longer had time...AFTER it was already booked. They asked if we could reschedule, which was fine, albeit annoying since we were already there. Asked about the following day only to be told that they only take appts the day of as call ins. So no only did they not have time" they wouldn't rebook us for the following day. They were rude and didn't care for the time we took out of out day to go there. Will definitely not be going there again."

Bettina did my hair today and I was amazed with my new look. She walked me through every step and made sure I was happy with each cut. Very professional. Customer service is excellent, all lovely ladies who make you feel welcome. Strongly recommend ;)
