I own a restaurant at this location for the past 26 years and I have experienced several management/ownership changes.Several years ago EUROPRO bought this location and I have seen nothing but positive changes. Not only is EUROPRO a professional company to work with they are also thoughtful of their tenants. EUROPRO are responsive to any issues that I have within my premises and are quick to rectify the problem.EUROPRO assisted in helping me get through devastating pandemic times, they were considerate of the needs of a business that was heavily affected by covid.EUROPRO is currently in the process of doing a landscaping transformation to the property. Many customers have already commented about the improvement of the property.EUROPRO is a great company to work with, I look forward to many more year with them.

I own Skinsational at Cedar Pointe Plaza in Barrie, Ontario. I have been a tenant in this plaza for over 32 years. Most businesses in this plaza are service oriented. Most of us were either shut down or very reduced in services during the pandemic.We had to lobby and push Europro to give us the rent assistance from the government. It was a hard fought battle, but we finally convinced them to apply for it.The businesses in Cedar Pointe are now working hard to try and get back on track while having many added expenses, reduced capacity and uncertainty of entering a second wave.While we are trying our best to get back in the black the landlord continues to add to our burdens.I have been paying and maintaining my HVAC system religiously through my lease but it is now in need of extensive repair and it was suggested it be replaced. As this is a fixed asset and I only have 4 years left on my lease, I feel it is to their advantage to pay the cost. Not only did they refuse to pay, or make an offer to share the cost, they offered to charge me 6% interest over a 10 year lease if I wanted their”help”.If you are looking for commercial space, it is my advice to look elsewhere.
