Very poor service! I asked to order a sniper,mag, and a scope as I saw him write it down over a week later no call so I called the hamilton store where I asked no answer 3 times at different times of the day, so i call the toronto store very helpful service! They also could not get ahold of the hamilton store either so after quite a bit of conversation they told me I was not on the list?! So they put me on the list and now I have to wait again!

While selection is not as great (obviously) as their Toronto superstore, this outlet of Badlands still carries quite a few great pieces of equipment. Their employees are helpful, though not incredibly knowledgeable. Best local source for parts, BBs, and smoke grenades.

I bought a brand new A5 with trigger response from a local Paintball shop in Burlington. I had an issue with the trigger response because the o-ring on the banjo fitting was broken. I called the Hamilton store and spoke to Ian. He told me to come in and he will have something for me to fix it. I went and met up with him. The o ring that I need was not in the o-ring kit that Tippmann sell, so he need to take one from the RT kit he had in stock. He told me that he can always order the o-ring to replace what he took in the kit. To me that is customer service. He could easily say to come back when the $1.60 parts is in stock but he didn't because he knew I drove all the way from Oakville. I will definitely come back to this store again as I had a very positive customer service experienced. Kudos to Badlands for having a guy with his mentality working in the store. I always have this same experienced with the Etobicoke store too but they are a bit farther for me to go to.

Super friendly, approachable and accommodating staff. Helped catch me up to speed on all of the new tech I missed out on during my paintball hiatus.Would highly recommend these guys to anyone just starting out, they are great at explaining things.

By far the best paintball store you will ever walk into !Between the prices and the people who work there, they cannot be beat.It doesn't matter if its your first purchase or you have been there for years, they treat you as family and would go to the moon and back to make you happy. Never disappointed when I go in, the staff is always courteous profession and friendly. Weather giving advice on or off the field, tips and tricks to try before sending your marker off to the tech. They will ask the questions to get you into the right marker and equipment for your game.

I have secured a sponsorship through Badlands for my team after talking to the staff at the shop in Toronto. The staff were very good and the corporate contacts have been excellent. Responses have been within minutes... Lion War Canada

Excellent store great staff. The price for CO2 refill is very good. I go to get my CO2 cylinders refilled for sparking water machine (modified soda stream)

I spent over a thousand dollars there, $1039.67 to be exact. And both the guns broke in less than 6 months. And they arent a small break either. They are both pretty bad when I treated them like real guns (care wise) so there was no explanation as to why they broke. I brought them in to see If they could fix it. The guy didnt even bother to look at either of them.
