I did a really easy online order pick up here. My order was small so it was a contactless pick up from the lockers. The lockers are located right after the first set of doors going into the Home Depot. You need the QR code or order code in the email. Just punch that into the machine and voila, a locker opens with your order!

I visited the HD on Davidson Court June 20th. I was greeted by a friendly smile and hello - Eddie. He was great! He took me personally to the product I was looking for and helped me to choose the best one for my needs. He was a breath of fresh air in the world of Customer Service. Thank you Eddie. :-)

I am always satisfied with my experiences here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Eddie who goes above and beyond to ensure you find just what you need. I appreciate the usual large selection of items I am shopping for. I really love the tile backsplash choices, and that I can readily find their prices. Recently I had to return some tiles and take home some other choices. It was so quick and easy to return them. I am so glad the Guelph Line store is here and easy to access.

I am disappointed to report that not only did the product arrive with a damaged table top, but your customer service representatives have shown an alarming lack of concern and unwillingness to address the issue.Upon assembly the package, I discovered that one part of the table top was damaged.Concerned about the condition of the product, I immediately contacted your customer service helpline to request a replacement for the damaged part. However, I was met with a disappointing response from your representative named Sanya. Not only did they lack empathy and understanding, but they also displayed a dismissive attitude towards my issue. They adamantly refused to initiate a replacement process, stating that the damage was not covered under your company's warranty policy.I must emphasize that the damaged table top was a result of poor handling during shipment and was in no way caused by my negligence or mishandling. As a paying customer, I expect the products I purchase to arrive in pristine condition, especially when I rely on the reputation of a reputed company such as yours. However, the way this matter has been handled thus far is both disappointing and unprofessional.As a resolution, I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this issue by providing a replacement for the damaged table top pnly. I am not comfortable returning the complete piece as i have already paid for assembly and with no fault of customer I dont want to pay for assembly fees again. Furthermore, I strongly urge you to review your customer service protocols and train your representatives to address customer concerns with attentiveness and professionalism.I trust that you understand the frustration and inconvenience I have faced as a result of this ordeal. HOME DEPOT BURLINGTON STOLE $1500 from me! They charged by card for $1500, even after I spoke to Hashpreet, the manager, and he said he would look into my issue and call me before charging my card. He didn't.They billed me for 4 days of renting a skid steer that stopped working after 12 hours and got towed off my property 24 hours after I picked it up.Why was I billed 4 days when i didn't even have it that long? Why do I have to pay for a skid steer that had wiring issues" according to the technician.Absolutely criminal."

Love Home Depot and this store doesn't disappoint. Clean and organized with good stock. Good and consistent prices. Fantastic Christmas selection and displays. Help in departments is usually available, but has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great system with their self serve order pickup lockers at the entrance. Parking and access to the parking lot is fair.

Best Home Depot in Ontario. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to leans a helping hand. Special shout-out to Suadad in the Kitchen Department, the garden centre staff, and the gems at the rental department.

Well I went at the right time about 3 p.m. on a bright sunny Friday afternoon, the first sunshine in months!! The store was virtually empty. I went to the rental department hoping to rent a tool I didn't know the name of. Went to the tool department and had a lively lady help me. She even came to the rental department with me. No luck the rental department didn't have that type of tool to rent.So back to the tool department. The lady helping me indicated if I bought this particular battery pack I'd get the tool for free.Ultimately I would have preferred to rent the tool, but appreciated the help. As it turned out there was a bit of trouble with the computer recognizing the deal" so two more people came to help.In all I had 5 employees available to help me. So pick your timing well if you like service!!Tool purchased was a Dewalt Oscillating multi-tool."
