NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!They hired a consultant from N-Soft Inc. in December 2021 to help out with some urgent technical issues. The work was completed in full and on time and all issues had been resolved. They were billed for the time spent on resolving glitches in their software as well as for the time spent on communications with this company staff and outside vendors in order to complete the work and let their IT to function.In response to our last invoice - we have received a letter asking to reduce consultant's hourly rate since some time had been spend on communications and they considered this as clerical work"
