Amy could use some customer service training but other than that Trang and the rest of the ladies are wonderful I will miss coming there !

I do NOT recommend this spot! Had a bad experience with payment issues. Two customers before me had issues as well. The owner saying no payment went through on their debit machine but the money had been taken out of the customers account. The owner had changed the customers twice and promised the customers to repay the next day if something went wrong. I had sent the owner an e transfer and he tried to tell me no payment has been made but the money had come out of my account and he was telling me to pay again but I had proof it was sent to the owner already received it.They are SCAMERS!!! Don't waist your time or money on Nice Nails and Spa they are rude and think it's ok to disrespect their customers.Not Happy and will Nerver go back!!!

I always receive nice pedicures from all the staff at Nice Nails. I recently had my lashes lifted and brows done by Trang. Very very pleased with the results. Thank you

I love going here! It’s always such a relaxing atmosphere. Today I got this amazing mani by Kari… she was so patient and tested different colours on my nails to find the perfect base and my nails turned out even better than the photo I showed her!! I love them so much I took the photos as soon as I was out of the salon!!!

Great service with the girls never a full moment everytime l walk into the spa.Went there to fix one nail that had chipped was shown new colors that just came in decided to change my whole nails. If you looking for a nail spa l high recommend Nice Nails & Spa for their neatness and professionalism they will make you come back again.

Super stoked about my nails. It took a long time for the pedicure and the lady cut the skin on my toes too deep. I have a little bit of pain on my toes but it's ok I guess. My nails are super dope though, I'm really happy with the overall service!

Firstly I’d say they did a good job with the pedicures, and I would return. When we visited, there was an issue with their debit machine that was causing approved transactions to show as declined (even though it was taken from my account twice). While it was a bit of a kerfuffle at the time, eventually my boyfriend just e-transferred the money and we called it a day. I was concerned, as I had had the money removed from my account, but Amy assured me she would take care of it and make sure I was not overcharged. I went home expecting I would have to go back and fight in the morning, but Amy called me first thing in the morning and told me she had sorted things out and was going to e-transfer me the money I had overpaid right away. I would say she showed extreme concern for customer service and wanted to make sure that I got my money back and I did not feel scammed.While the experience was a bit stressful at the time, I truly believe it was a one-off fluke and that they care about their customers. I would return, certainly, as I received a very high level of customer service.
