We had a productive conversation and he personally handled the situation to ensure that I received my clubs, which I did today. DJ provided exceptional customer service and handled the situation with professionalism taking the time to investigate the situation and provided me with updates along the way, which I greatly appreciated. The clubs are of high quality as well and I look forward to using them! Thanks again!Ordered some clubs and noticed that my tracking was not available. Contacted White Lion and was informed they were shipped to the wrong address. So in the email exchange to sort out the shipping error, the person I am e-mailing with, refers to me with the wrong name. I said these errors aren't really instilling confidence in me. To which, I received an apology. Apologies usually work better when you don't give excuses as to why you called me a different name so the apology seemed a bit entitled and privileged. Oh and 2 days later, my tracking is still unavailable, despite them resolving" the shipping issue."

I bought kettlebells here recently because they have an incredible selection of sizes to suit literally anyone's needs and the quality is top tier. However the experience and service are the high point.I was only in the market for specific kettlebell sizes but they will be my first stop for any other fitness needs.Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend enough! Since the start of the pandemic, I've ordered resistance bands and kettlebells. I'm always impressed with the amazing quality equipment and top notch customer service! I once accidentally selected in store pickup instead of ship and they called me right away to correct the error. They respond to emails in a timely fashion and truly care to help! Completely satisfied costumer! I purchased 3 kettlebells to complement my set of 7 kettlebells and glad that the ones I needed were in stock. The website is easy to navigate and they have a large variety of fitness equipment. Shipping was very quick and I only waited a week. Once I received them, I got this nice wholesome message and I do appreciate when businesses personally thank their customers. It makes a world of a difference. I will never be purchasing equipment from any other company. On my birthday…UPS screwed up my order and in my hysteria DJ was calm cool and helpful and shipped me out a new mace the same day so as to not ruin my birthday. Great products and the customer service is amazing. Product was delivered to my door at no extra cost within hours (since I live in Winnipeg). White Lion carry a fantastic range of strength and conditioning equipment, but where they really differentiate and excel themselves is with their unconventional training tools - steel mace, steel clubs, Indian clubs - made for athletes by athletes. Their customer service is top notch, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the pricing is very competitive. Highly recommend.

Equipment I got from them is outstanding it really stands up well to the test of time. If you ever have a question you can always send them a message and they will get back to you literally so fast. Sometimes I’ve asked questions where the information would be elsewhere but they look it up for me and send me a link to make my life even easier. They are just overall good company that cares deeply about community. Would highly recommend them!

White Lion is the maker of my favorite steel maces. The knurling and coating allow for the perfect grip and slide when performing flow work. I got the 2.3kg mace after injury so that I could quickly get back to movement and this mace has been an aid in recovery and a whole lot of fun to use! Customer service is top notch and has my respect as a solid business.

Amazing customer service. I had mistaking ordered the wrong weighted mace and they cancelled my order and had processed my refund in less than 24 hrs. Re-ordered my correct mace immediately and should see in soon. This is how customer service should be. Very pleased.
