That automated voice thing is terrible... I repeated my tracking number 5 times and it kept in putting letters I didnt say. Wouldn't have to call it at all if they could find where I live. Apparently my address doesn't exist even though I've had UPS deliver here before

It may not be a warm welcoming environment but they get right to the point. Ive many times had people in my household enter the wrong address into orders but still have them arrive in our mail box regardless. Good delivery service so far for me. Would at least give them a try before resorting to more expensive options.

Worst service ever! UPS decided to leave my package at their facility and not deliver it. I called their customer service and after speaking to 3 different people arranged to pick it up the next day. The next day they decide to sent it out for delivery. Bad customer service. Extremely disorganized. It's better to deliver or pick up the package yourself. Will never use their service again.

The staff at this location were amazing. They packaged my item, labeled it and had it processed quicker than it took to get a coffee and cookie at the drive thru at Tim Hortons. Great job!

If there was a no star I would chose that for no delivery.... promised and guaranteed delivery for same package on 3 different days.3 full days that I waited at home all day..... even after speaking with customer service. What a waste of time and money.... and compensation??? Future credit hahahah.

Horrible costumer service! So disgusted.I asked questions concerning a package that was supposedly delivered but never showed up. In the middle of the conversation the woman hung up on me. She was rude the entire phone call. Certainly not trained properly to deal in costumer service. Abosutley awful.
