The people at Lonsdale Flooring are professionals.The in store staff were able to answer questions and advise on replacing the flooring in the apartment. No pressure on making decisions and they would allow me to keep samples for a few days to see how they look at different times of the day.When it came time to take the measurements and the order they supplied a quote that was accurate. They accepted my timeline.The installers were experts that were friendly and knowledgeable and honest.Flooring was installed 4 months ago and is meeting my expectations.I would go back when I need to upgrade but I don't expect that to be anytime soon.

I've hired Lonsdale Flooring for both of my new builds now and on both occasions John was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating in the show room, Ray was punctual and professional with all meetings on site and Merrick did a fantastic job with the install.I couldn't be happier with my experience with Lonsdale Flooring, I'll definitely use them on my next build and highly recommend their services to anybody looking for new flooring.

Lonsdale Flooring supplied custom entrance mats for our strata several months ago. John really helped us decide which type of mat was best suited for our building and we're very happy with the final product. Bought BIYORI HydroGen 6 (creamy beige) from the store recently to replace the flooring for the entire house. I found the store has a wide range of products with good quality. What made them really special are the exceptional customer services and good knowledge of the products. Very impressed!

We went with londsdale because of the reviews and figured that the slightly higher price point would guarantee us better service and better results.They floored our entire 2200 sq ft townhouse renovation. The hardwood installer did a great job and we’re happy with both the product and installation.The carpet and vinyl installation, however, is terrible. The carpet was over cut and under cut in many spots, leaving a messy DIY-looking appearance. The product itself isn’t very good, but that’s not the fault of londsdale flooring. The installation, however, is a joke. It’s embarrassing and any tradesmen who come into our place can’t believe it was professionally installed for the price we paid. Photos attached.The vinyl plank that was installed over cement is equally as shoddy. It’s popping up all over the place, the pieces wiggle, and I feel I could have done a better job myself. In fact, when guests have seen it they assume I DID do it myself.I reached out to the company about these concerns and have not received a response. Once the guy came to look at the carpet but all he did was trim a few threads and ignored my feedback about the pieces being over or under cut and poorly installed. Hence this review.I’m sorry that this is our experience because I really did enjoy working with Ray and expected the whole job to be of a much higher standard.

Very happy with these guys! Very knowledgeable staff ( Mike). Time was taken to explain different options with detailed costs on first visit. Very accurate quote given. No cost overrun after the job was finish. They started and finished right on time. Everything was cleaned up and they did a great job of saving us money by carefully removing our baseboards and reinstalling them after. I would definitely recommend Lonsdale Flooring for a worry free experience.
