Called and booked a manicure for the gf as a Christmas surprise. Prepaid and tipped after dropping her off. After picking her up she told me that she could have been refused the services as she had old nails on from somewhere other then DeSomine which was not instructed to me over the phone while booking. I also booked the full session (not an express) and ended up paying for a basic colour change.While booking I asked about the choice of colours and what not but was not told about any extra costs of any sort, the gf ended up paying an extra 10$ for the colour polish (looks like a lavender). Gf also mentioned that during the appointment the nail stylist apologized for not having the appropriate skill set to do all the steps that should have been done.Was recommended by a friend for this places high quality and I will be sure to pass along the word that I was sorely disappointed and would not recommend this place.

Thank you Josie for a great pedicure! All the staff are friendly and helpful! If you are having trouble with certain aspects of your feet, you can get an appointment with the specialist in the building across from the spa.

Very disappointed in gel application. Gave it 3 appointments to see if it would get better but got thicker and thicker. Definitely need someone who is experienced

Kara is amazing. Best registered massage therapist in town. I have many problem areas and feel much better whenever i leave there!

Paid for my visit in full refused to provide me with a receipt then claimed that I had only paid for half. At this point I obviously wasn’t very happy but I blamed myself for not asking for my payment back if they weren’t going to provide a receipt so after a while I decided to just have my oldest daughter pick up the orthotic and repay the other balance even tho it was already paid and they refused this option. Doing so would at least allow me to recover some of the costs through my benefit plan. So I decided that I would accept the loss as a life lesson and never again use or refer them. It wasn’t until I got a letter in the mail from Colections seeking the claimed balance even though nothing was ever picked up. This matter will now be handled through my attorney if they do not refund me in full. I will also report them to the better business bureau

Desimone's has the best selection of top quality footwear. My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Fabian. He is extremely helpful , personable and knowledgeable about the products , in particular the Blundstones. We are return customers and will continue to support this terrific local business!

Josie was great and did a fine job and the spa is very clean and organized but one of the jets on the right side of the foot spa wasn't working and that was my sore foot so needed to try and get some massage going using the left foot jet. I did enjoy the service.

Fantastic staff. Priority on foot and hand health. Clean facility, beverages are a great touch. Luxury pedicure and poly gel nails are excellent quality. Price is extremely fair for the service.

Excellent pain free pedicure compared to other places I've been to. Beautiful clean hygienic environment. Everything is explained to you and all instruments are medically sterilized. I would not hesitate to recommend it!!
