Very helpful and was able to recommend other options for us if they could not help us when we needed movers and storage.

We had a small local move which was handled wonderfully by Bekins. No complaints at all. Would use them again for sure.

Highly recommend - The company I work for used Bekins for a large commercial move, and their team was fantastic! They were fast, and careful..It was a super long day, and there was not one single complaint. Would use Bekins again.

Never answer their phones an when they do the person on the other end was rude.They also take no regards when it comes to you’re property; people whom moved us damaged my $10,000 high low bed & TV broke are shelving unit sn lost hardware for my other itemsWorst company I’ve ever dealt with

Wow. Super surprised. They moved my dad and showed up 8 days late with many many promises along the way. Then because we were upset with the lateness then demanded cash before starting unloading and promised some help after from management. )Also my dad paid for unpacking and they left 95% of the items in the garbage and left.) Also promised a retuned call from management but heard nothing. Called today and the lady answering the phone said no need to return call because my dad will get NO money back. Have been promised another call from Lori when she returns to work.Not 100% how to response to Lori so I will play here.We did ask for a call back many times and even Domonic talked to someone from Campbell River that would not talk to us directly but promised that you would return our call.Then when I called the office last week the lady answering the phones said why would Lori call you back you do not get a refund so not need to return the calls. And that a note of my dad file said no refund needed. And I ask for a return call here also and still haven’t received one. But you did find time to response here.On the unloading answer - did Domonic not tell you in his report that he didn’t unload? He told us he made a note about it.For the record I have hear nothing but great things about Bekins and was the one who suggested it to my dad to use.

Hi everyone. Moving is stressful and is a lot of work. Thankfully for us, my employer hired Bekins to pack our stuff, and load it with United Van Lines. On this end, I witnessed the kind of professionalism you hope for. The showed up meeting all timelines and did professional work.No matter where you go, small questions can come up; in our case any issue was promptly resolved to our satisfaction, relieving our worries! Trish did a thorough job training Amanda, who was on her first day (as is surely common in this industry)- I’m sure her thoroughness will pay off as an investment in their people. Tyson was also helpful in getting the big job finished!Ollie came and made sure everything was packed right, even though his schedule is very busy.Bottom line is that our stuff, especially the fragile stuff we were worried about, looks like it got the care it needed and was packed into the truck carefully. The swampers were polite, strong, and careful. Of course at destination we will know if professional packing can protect items from a long transit!The paperwork looked thorough and thoughtful.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
