I went here to get my rings re-size,And rhodium plated.I also bought some jewelry while waiting and i like how the person/man forgot his name who was helping me didnt pressure me to buy and was very helpful.Their prices are really good too! AndI will highly recommend this jewelry store to my frienfs and family.

Sneaky and dishonest. I took a bunch of my own gold there to melt it down into something new. I'm not looking into pawning or selling my gold, it was my own and it had meaning to me. They basically gave me back the final product significantly short of the original weight thinking I wouldn't notice. Well... I did... and I complained and they finally adjusted it. I feel bad for others who probably fell for this...

Terrible service! I shopped loyally at Act II for over 20 years without complaint. But over the past couple of years, it's been 1 disappointment after another.First example: I bought my wife a gold bracelet that broke within a few months. They fixed it but it broke again. and again. And again. 4 breaks in under a year. Now it's still broken and the 3 prior repair welds were shoddy and are very visible. Act II refused to take it back. I'll probably have to sell it for scrap.Second example: my daughter and her fiancé (now husband) bought gold wedding bands there. The jeweler measured their fingers (a simple task) but the rings didn't fit properly. Instead of just ordering a new ring, they tried to make my son-in-law's ring larger (another basic task for any competent jeweler), but they dented it in the process. They had to order a replacement.Third example: my wife brought in 1 of her silver candlesticks (a wedding present) because it was broken at the base. She wanted it repaired to pass the pair on to our daughter when she gets married. They totally botched the repair -- twice. The repair was more than just obvious; it was ugly. My wife had to take it to a silversmith and paid a fortune for the repair -- which was more expensive than if she had taken it to him to begin with, because he had to remedy the additional damage done by Act II. In fact the repair cost exceeded the monetary value of the candlestick (but not the sentimental value, so we had the work done).I don't know why or how they've gone from being friendly and skilled jewelers to uncooperative incompetents with poor customer service. But they are now the LAST place I'd recommend anyone go to.

This should be your place for all jewelry needs. I was in shopping for a ring, and Howard presented me with top class customer service all while being personalized and friendly. I asked for my ring to be engraved, and he got it done under 12 hours. Thank you Howard and the ACT II team!

I drive past this store every day but never really had a reason to go in. I went in to get a ring resized. Since it was a silver ring, I didnt know how possible or expensive it would be. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greated by a friendly staff. I told her what I was looking for and she promptly gold me they could do it while I wait! She helped me find the ring size i needed and took the ring. I looked around while I waited and I got talking to the staff. In the course of the conversation, my other silver ring was noticed and they offered to clean it for me. They did and both my rings have never looked better! The price I paid for the resize was really affordable and definitly worth every penny of it. I would definitly reccomend this store to anyone looking for repairs, cleaning or a new piece of shiny! Great friendly service, professional expert work and they really care that you are happy when you leave!
