Do not work here or support this company.Having had a close family member work here I can speak to the mismanagement and disorder that this company is in. They try to take quality seriously but when you have a revolving door of staff it is hard to enforce the rules.Rules are something that are not discussed with staff, instead they are just terminated without any formal discussion or attempts at corrective action. Once termination happens the company does not look after the bare minimum of the labor standards act of providing an ROE, final pay, and final pay stubs within 72 hours.In our particular case this has taken now over a month to try and resolve, which is still in process. After waiting a week to hear back from the company they very clearly acknowledge this as an illegal by action, but still did nothing to rectify the situation saying the ROE is in the mail".That gives you a peak behind the curtains
